Madeleine and I recently had some major window changes done by the folks at The Window Shop, and let me assure you that our experience was top-notch all the way. The initial meetings and discussions of styles and sizes were handled with skill and efficiency, with the vast experience and knowledge of the staff readily apparent … even better were the suggestions made by Vernon, Amadea, and Stephanie - these people know their stuff!! The installation crew was superb, they worked quickly and cleanly, did the installation with clean-up and attention to detail done in excellent fashion: so special thanks to Dylan, Ryan, Mike, Shawn, and Rick … indeed everyone we worked with, including the big boss young Dave Long, went far beyond duty, leaving us with a finished job that is everything and more than we expected.
